  • The contract involved full site investigation.

  • Preparation of remediation strategy liaison with and agreeing this with Environment Agency and Local Authority.

  • Preparing Planning Application including Environmental Impact Assessment.

  • Remediating the site using biomediation, soil washing, disposal, extraction and treatment of contaminated groundwater.

  • Excavating all contaminated ground.

  • Dynamically compacting the ground by Landpac.

  • Carrying out geo-physical survey at this level.

  • Installing capillary break layer.

  • Replacing 2m excavated material.

  • Constructing roads and drainage to service site for residential, commercial, sports field and leisure amenity uses.
