- The
project was placed on a NEC 3 Option C contract, with Early Contractor
Involvement in development of target cost.
- Walters
UK are strategic partner throughout the procurement and construction
phases.

The project involves the construction and preparation of five
plateaus for future development together with a further larger
plateau area for the incorporation of OCD (Ortho Clinical Diagnosis)
Development.

The scheme also included the following major elements:-

Construction of a new estate road and major highway improvement
to
Felindre Road and Pantruthin lane.
- Food
compensation works adjacent to the Ewenni Fach River.
- Provision
of foul, surface water and highway drainage, including attenuation
ponds.
- Extensive
ecology, environmental and landscaping considerations and solutions.

Provision on gas, water, electric and telecommunications.
